Who we are
Superior Business Gifts is a family-run promotional products company based in Seattle, Washington, serving business customers since 1955. We sell branded writing instruments, flashlights, and related corporate gifts.
What information we collect
We collect only what we need to fulfill your order and respond to inquiries:
- Contact details you submit through our contact, sample-request, or quote forms (name, company, email, phone).
- Order, shipping, and billing information for accepted orders.
- Artwork files you upload for imprint setup.
- Basic, anonymous traffic data from your browser.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare quotes, process and ship orders, send order confirmations and invoices, and follow up on customer service questions. We do not sell or rent your contact information, and we do not send unsolicited marketing email to people who have not asked to hear from us.
Payments
Invoices are issued after we confirm your order. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers. We retain order and invoice records as needed for accounting and tax purposes.
Data storage and access
Customer data, order records, and uploaded artwork are stored in our managed cloud backend with encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) in transit. Access to administrative tools is restricted to authorized Superior Business Gifts staff and protected by individual login accounts.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses a small number of functional cookies needed for features like staying signed in to the staff area. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see what contact information we hold for you, correct it, or remove you from our records (subject to records we are required to keep for completed transactions). Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Shared responsibility
We work to protect the information you share with us, but security is shared. Please use a strong, unique password for any account you create with us, keep your own devices up to date, and let us know right away if you suspect your account has been misused.
